By ordering from us, you agree that all uploaded content and order details you provide are accurate, lawful, and permitted for us to use in creating your custom product.

Custom Products

Our stickers are personalized and made using customer-provided files and information.

You are responsible for reviewing your uploaded photo, QR code, spelling, text, design choices, and order details before checkout.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, orders may not be canceled, refunded, or changed once design work or production has started.

Customer Uploads

By uploading photos, QR codes, logos, artwork, names, text, or other content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it
The content does not violate anyone else’s rights
The content is not illegal, threatening, hateful, abusive, or misleading
The QR code is accurate, clear, and intended to be used for your order

QR Sticker Plug is not responsible for uploaded QR codes that are blurry, cropped, expired, incorrect, linked to the wrong account, or unable to scan.

Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion.

We may reject orders that include illegal content, hateful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, stolen artwork, copyrighted material without permission, or content that may create legal or safety issues.

QR Codes and Payment Links

Customers are responsible for making sure their uploaded QR code or payment link is correct and scannable.

QR Sticker Plug does not control Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or any other third-party payment platform.

We are not responsible for payment app errors, incorrect QR codes, disabled accounts, broken links, rejected payments, or money sent to the wrong account because of customer-uploaded information.

Product Preview

If a product preview is available, it is provided to help customers review the general layout of the sticker before purchase.

Actual print colors, size, sharpness, placement, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the uploaded file quality, screen settings, printer settings, and product type.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product options, shipping rates, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or checkout errors.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing time may vary because products are custom made after purchase.

QR Sticker Plug is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, delivery issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Because our stickers are personalized, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Refunds or replacements may be reviewed if an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or there is a clear printing or fulfillment error.

Customers must contact us with the order number and photos of the issue for review.

Intellectual Property

All QR Sticker Plug branding, website content, product templates, designs, text, logos, graphics, and layout concepts belong to QR Sticker Plug unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, resell, reproduce, or claim ownership of QR Sticker Plug templates or designs without permission.

Customer Content License

By uploading content for an order, you give QR Sticker Plug permission to use that content only as needed to create, preview, print, fulfill, and support your custom order.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or QR codes.

Limitation of Liability

QR Sticker Plug is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of our website, products, uploaded files, QR codes, third-party payment platforms, shipping carriers, or product customization tools.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, product personalizer apps, printing partners, shipping carriers, analytics tools, and customer support tools.

We are not responsible for the actions, delays, outages, errors, or policies of third-party services.
